Positive: This is the first time I rated a booking.com location a 10 out of 10. The apartment is stunning - it doesn't feel like it was built to be a rental, the quality of everything is super high. It was one of these places where I was expecting to be disappointed based how good the photos looked - it was even better! Seriously, it's probably the nicest place you could stay in Bilbao. Wish I were there for more days and had more friends to use up all the space. Would be an excellent place for a work trip or a small retreat. The hosts communicate exceptionally well, you'll be getting whatsapps immediately asking how they can help make your stay better. We got a bunch of great restaurant reservations for them. Check in experience was perfect.

Positive: This is a luxury apartment, well-decorated, with high-end amenities. It looks and feels even better than the photos. While we didn't need anything from the hosts while there they provided many opportunities to provide feedback or reach out if needed. The location is great with many restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment is not noisy. A small grocery store is on the corner and it's a short walk to the Guggenheim museum and easy access to the other sites of interest. While it is expensive, it truthfully was about the same price as renting two hotel rooms in a similar location for my family and here we had space to cook, hangout, etc.
