Summary: Lovely cottage in Broke. Had everything we needed. Great place to get ready before a wedding. Large and roomy. Outside fire pit supplied with timber was fantastic. The outside deck probably needs to be replaced soon as boards were rotting, but inside maintenance was perfect.

Summary: Generous size, huge outdoor space sadly we didn't get to take advantage of due to the weather. The indoor fireplace got a great workout. Comfy bed, clean linen and beautiful space. Highly recommend, exceeded our expectations

Summary: We really loved our stay at Peppercorn Cabin, it's just what we needed, our own little romantic getaway. Clean & tidy, & to relax by the bonfire with our wines from our adventures through the day, was fabulous. It was far enough away from the hustle & bustle of our busy lifestyles, but close enough to travel for a little weekend getaway. "A little bit of Italy"in Broke for my husbands 60th Birthday was amazing. You can do walks around the country side, so relaxing. Thank you we will be back. Vicki & Richard Parker Central Coast
