Positive: If you like tui, you'll love this property. Loved that there was a little stove and pan to whip up some eggs in the morning. Heater, hot water bottles, comfy bed, courteous hosts who gave us privacy. A delight in winter.

Positive: Location in beautiful garden with amazing birdlife. The cottage was tastefully furnished with lots of charming touches. Kitchen fully equipped with all you would need. Large bathroom, great shower. Gavin & Susan were very friendly hosts. They have put thought & care into building an enviroment to appreciate the NewZealand bush & local birdlife. Gavins photography gallery a lovely extra really enjoyed. A real gem.

Positive: I loved my stay at Birdsong Cottage. The cottage had everything I needed and there were lots of extra touches that made it a comfortable and quiet stay. The highlight was the birdsong. Sitting on the porch in the garden watching the birds was a joy.

Positive: What an excellent place to stay. Location so handy to the township and the expressway. A very comfortable and spacious apartment, with all amenities to a high standard. Loved being able to sit out on the back veranda with my coffee and be able to watch the birdlife. Excellent hosts, I look forward to staying again.
Negative: Everything was to a HIGH standard, so nothing to improve on.
