Summary: The house is beautiful, clean and offers a relaxing retreat in the evenings on the back deck. The jacuzzi was great once we warmed it up which took hours since it hadn’t been used in a while and was cold. It would be nice to have turned it on before we arrived. Good location in the hills above Rincon but be aware roads are winding and narrow, although that’s true for the whole area. They supplied beach towels and chairs which were very helpful. Rachael was wonderful to work with and easily reachable if needed.

Summary: Our stay at the house was wonderful! ! Jeremy and Rachael were very welcoming and helpful. The house is perfect for a couple - well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, specious bathroom with washer and dryer. We especially appreciated the large private patio surrounded with lush greenery.

Summary: The home is gorgeous just as described, with many high end details to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There's even a guitar that sounds amazing and we are not musicians! We had some needs during our stay and a situation with no water. Since the responses from the co-host did not met our needs, the host and owner jumped right in, came to bring what we needed, speak with us and check everything and, though the situation was not resolved during our trip, we felt cared for and met a wonderful person. A tip for the jacuzzi, turn it on half an hour before you plan to get in it for the water to reach your desired temperature. We hope to be back once the water pump is in place. Thank you Jeremy!
