Positive: Great location, out of the green zone. Just a couple mins walk to Broad street and 25 mins walk to the Bull ring. Large bedroom. Lounge with balcony. Great communication with agent.
Negative: The bed was uncomfortable, very springy. Traffic noise but to be expected in a city. No hairdryer.

Positive: The location is great close to the town centre, shops, and takeaways, with secure underground parking available for £12 a night. The place was easy to find thanks to the helpful host. The apartment itself is decent: it has a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, and a master bedroom with an en suite. The shower was nice. There’s a large TV in the living room; the remote is a bit worn but still works. The balcony is a nice touch for relaxing, although one of the seats was a bit unstable (no injuries, just worth noting).
Negative: The main downside was the building’s elevator being out of order, though that’s not the owner’s fault. The mattress could have been more comfortable, fine for a short stay though.
