Positive: I booked this accommodation for my mother, and she was absolutely thrilled with her stay. The apartment was very clean. she described it as smelling freshly sanitized, which made her feel comfortable and at ease right away. The towels and bed linen were fresh, and the whole apartment was spacious, including a lovely, large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like olive oil, spices, coffee, and tea left for guests to use. The owner, Manuel, was incredibly kind and helpful—he was always just a phone call away and answered all questions promptly. Thank you for making her stay in Birmingham such a positive experience. She’s already planning to stay here again and has recommended it to her sister who’s visiting this summer with her family.
Negative: There was only one issue: the safety deposit has not yet been refunded. She checked out on May 9, and we were expecting it to be returned at that time. Hoping this can be resolved soon.

Positive: Very spacious apartment with two rooms. Venue was very clean
Negative: No television channels available throughout my stay. The host did visit twice but was unable to sort out the problem.
