Summary: The tv service was in and out. Very old and stuffy rooms. Too hot. No control over heat. Strange arrangement of the tv and beds.

Summary: This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23.

Summary: Parking was easy. Pleasant, quiet surroundings; however, the rooms needed attention regarding dusting and cleaning.
