My cozy beach house is located in the private coastal community of Black Point Beach Club. Nansea Cottage is an authentic beach cottage with water views, an expansive backyard patio and lovely in ground pool. The private beaches and boat launch are just steps away this perfectly located beach
property. The patio has a large dining table for 6 and ample patio seating under numerous, colorful market umbrellas. White Plantation shudders throughout the house provide privacy and a touch of cottage life. The home is furnished with Coastal
Decor Madison Furniture in blues and whites. The large 3 season back porch, overlooking the patio and pool area has seating and a bistro table for 4. The front patio also has a table for 4 under a market umbrella. In season, the gardens are full of colorful perennial and annual flowers! Our beach community has a club house offering children and family programs, tennis courts, a bocce ball court, a playground and basketball courts. Black Point Beach Club is patrolled by security and is known for its neighborly and safe community. Bike riding, walking, running and boating around “The Point” are also favorite activities enjoyed by many. The walk will take you by the “backwaters” with coastal tides with a osprey nesting and watching preserve. You’ll also enjoy the beautiful, quaint town of Niantic, with its Boardwalk, shops, well known Book Barns, Sift Bakery, restaurants, Children’s Museum & local breweries. Niantic Yacht Club offers children sailing programs. The bay is a beautiful area for all kinds of boating, fishing, sailing and travel to and from Block Island and Long Island on nearby ferries. Located near Rt 95, and on the Amtrak route, travel to NYC and Providence or Boston is a breeze. Visit Nansea Cottage for a quiet coastal getaway with family and friends ! It’s wonderful !

Summary: Our family of 5, including three young children, had the best time at Nansea Cottage. The three nice-sized bedrooms provided an ideal setup, and the property is very well equipped with all day-to-day essentials and beach supplies. The location of the cottage can't be beat. Walking distance to the Black Point beaches, the BP Market, clubhouse, and all the fun activities Black Point has to offer. The large pool, pool deck, and patio got a lot of use by us. Nancy is an excellent host. Instructions for the home are clear, and she is highly responsive to questions. Thank You Nancy!

Summary: This lovely beach community home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the poolside lounges and the indoor/outdoor deck. We would definitely come again!

Summary: What a great place! The cottage is exactly as it looks in the pictures, and decore is welcoming, warm, and comfy. Backyard pool is great and just a Block from the beach! Great walking around the island, or quick drive to town, which is lovely! Will definitely go back! Thanks again NANSEA COTTAGE.

Summary: This home was perfect. It was clean and had a great flow. It’s very close to the beach and is in a quiet community that is great for walking. The pool area was great for our kids. Communication with the owner was quick and she was always available if needed. We can’t wait to stay again!
