Positive: My wife and I flew from Guam to San Francisco and had a couple stops on the way to Washington. This one room was better than all the hotels. the room was cozy and very clean. Would love to stay again if I’m ever back in Washington!

Positive: We found this a great place to stay and a perfect base to explore Seattle. We had a comfy bed, an outside space to sit and it was quiet. Also some lovely little beaches within 5 minutes walk if you fancy a swim. Seattle is reachable by a fast bus service to the city centre, loads of building works going on in the centre of Mercer island as they build a rail link to the city - once this is complete, it will be even quicker to get there.
Negative: The only thing we would suggest is that it would be nice to have some tea and coffee in the room for new arrivals. We had arrived from the UK with no supplies and could have done with a hot drink.

Negative: Maybe the coffee bag? Only one for two person and for two day. The TV may not work too. Tried a few times and gave up

Positive: Plenty of equipment but only one teabag and no coffee available. There was a container for coffee but none there
Negative: There was only one roll of toilet paper in the unit. It was wet and discolored and we were not able to use most of it. No replacements available. When you arrive at night and stores are already closed, this is a huge problem.
Summary: If we had at least a little coffee and one good roll of toilet paper we would have been happy. Thank

Positive: Comfortable bed, clean sink, toilet, shower.
Negative: Floor needs better sweeping - dust in corners of bathroom and dirt is easily tracked in from the outside (I tracked in 2 clumps of hair when I walked in the door). Some things had fallen under the vanity and never swept up. The closet was more of a storage closet than useful - it had 2 extra chairs stored in it that were not needed as the room was small, and there was hanging shoe storage that wasn't need if the chairs were not there. Both took up room that could have been used to store clothes. A few more glasses would have been helpful. There was one wine glass, one very small glass, and two coffee cups. 2 water glasses would have been nice.
