Positive: We stayed here for 5 days. This stay was following a procedure that I had at the Overlake Hospital and was in need of being close for a few days. It is only about 15 to 20 minutes from the Hospital so in that light very convenient. The facility is upscale, newer construction and very clean. I was in need of recliners and there was two comfortable recliner couches. Both of my daughters were taking care of me during this time, one with a baby and the other with a small dog. One daughter slept on the couch and the other in one of the two bedrooms and myself in the other. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a nice tiled walk-in shower with a window that looks out into the trees, yet private. The newer Sony TV is one of the largest I have seen. There is a deck that has sunshine most of the day making it a very relaxing opportunity to enjoy the sun. The A+ Host was exceptional. She was very clear, kind, quick to communicate, and attentive to any needs that arose. The location felt very private and had a "cabin in the woods feel" with modern amenities. There is a full flight of stairs (well built, modern) that may be an issue for some. Overall very pleased with the stay. I will definitely utilize this hidden gem again when in the area.
Negative: My daughters were doing the cooking during our stay. They mentioned Kitchen items that would have improved the experience: ceramic mugs and glasses that were not plastic, a wooden cutting board, pepper to be filled, possibly some back up spices, bottle opener, and a nice touch would be having glass Tupperware available for storage of food. Comparatively, these are minor items. This is an outstanding place to stay...!!!
