Positive: It’s spacious, modern, in a good vicinity of restaurants, and has great appliances!
Negative: There are cars permanently parked in the verge in front of the house, firstly making reversing out the driveway very difficult and also very disturbing/unpleasant to sit outside. Neighbours bins are also always present on the lawn in front of the porch. The crockery and cutlery had not been used in a while so all had to be rewashed before using.
Summary: Overall, a lovely stay!

Positive: lovely home with great space. well located within the city, and close to restaurants and shops. check in process was smooth and host was responsive. cute house, and well stocked.
Negative: the house is directly behind a bar/club that stays open until after midnight (could even be 2am). on one of the nights the thud of the music was playing and kept us awake until 2am. another minor issue, because the rest of the house was fantastic. the bin was not cleaned, and had a liquid left in from previous guests that made the bin and kitchen smell so rancid we had to move the kitchen bin outside and use packets as a bin.
Summary: lovely, quant and cute house! nearby bars, which is a pro and con!

Positive: Property is new and well kept, with a modern look. The host is very engaging and replies immediately, which brings a lot of peace to mind. The passion of the host is clear also in the amenities. A truly well kept and clean house!
Negative: We didn't find any coasters, so we mostly used napkins to prevent water stains on the tables.
Summary: 10/10 experience and the host is fantastic
