3 Bedroom House in Shady Acres, Houston

The home is spacious and cozy at the same time. With over 2200 sqft the home feels large enough to accommodate a large family with a few furry friends. The home is a 3 bedroom & 3.5 bath townhome. Master bedroom and guest bedroom on third floor and one large guest bedroom on the first floor. Kitchen is on the second floor. We have two fold away twin beds in the master bedroom that can sleep another 2 adults in a room of your choice. With over 2200 sqft the spacious living room, kitchen and dining area is great for hosting family and friends on a long or short vacation. The home has a small patio on the side with two tables and chairs to enjoy and outdoor coffee or meal al fresco.
Quiet time: 10p-7a, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum because we want to be respectful to our neighbors. Thank you

Summary: The townhouse was wonderful and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend it. The only hiccup was the downstairs heater gave us trouble. I assume it was because it was the first day cold enough to need a heater.

Summary: Very comfortable! Gorgeous! Convenient! Comfortable! Spacious! I LOVE this place. I would rent it every time! Host were nice responded almost immediately every time and very helpful with ideas location of nearby places. Even the Wi-Fi was good. I had a hard time finding it but I think that was our fault. ha haa

Summary: We stayed here for 7 weeks. It’s very nice, clean, AC works well, beds are comfortable and in a great location with lots of restaurants close by. The hosts were very responsive and very nice to work with. Highly recommend!
