Beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, & private, ground level 2-bed apt in custom built chalet, (quiet couple/owners upstairs), available for short or longer-term stays. (NOT the whole chalet.) NO PETS & NO PARTIES PLEASE. One Queen, & one Double Bed. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, private entrance. Tranquil, 1 acre country setting, 5 mins to downtown Collingwood, 20 mins to Blue Mtn, the Bruce Trail, & Wasaga Beach - or just lounge by a crackling campfire in the backyard, surrounded by mature forest. Firewood: first fire on us, then $7/bag, cash preferred. Extra Guest Fee over 2 people: $25/pp/nt. (Bring indoor shoes or slippers for your comfort, as the floors are all tiled - great for cleanliness, but a little firm on your feet.)

Summary: Linda and Gord were great. Had clear lines of communication right from before we arrived until after we left. Property was amazing and a short drive to collingwood. It made for a great weekend away. Would definitely look at staying here again in the future.

Summary: Quiet upscale neighbourhood. "u" because it's in Canada. The only problem was with Septic Field requiring special care with wastewater.

Summary: This was a short stay over a weekend and the property is lovely and we lucked out with the awesome weather for bike riding. It's so nice to have bike trails literally a kilometre away. The hosts are wonderful and super friendly.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here for three nights and it was such a great place! Everything we might possibly need was available to us, and we were able to have a nice fire. Linda and Gord were friendly and always willing to help out if needed. Highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Linda and Gord's property immensely. The ground floor apartment was very spacious with a huge living/dining room area and a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We were very happy with a close proximity of their house to the bicycle trails and to Collingwood and the Blue Mountain area. The house has a beautiful front garden and a huge backyard surrounded by pine trees where we could play badminton. The area was picturesque and quiet. Our hosts were absolutely amazing: we felt instantly at home. Thank you Linda and Gord for making our stay so special!
