Summary: Communication was great, showers were amazing, beds were comfy. First impressions were let down by the amount of heavy machinery left around 2 sides of the property that impacted the view, and the muddy sand that was between the house and beach/deck. We were unable to easily access the new deck by the lake as new landscaping had made it extremely muddy. We did not sit outside much at all as the view was limited. The owners did mention the mud but not the heavy machinery. They were very accommodating with us arriving 3 days earlier than originally planned and with bringing in supplies of stuff that was missing from the house.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was very clean and the host was a pleasure to work with. We spent a lot of time in the rockers on the deck enjoyIng the view of the lake. Amazing! Nice TV but it did buffer a lot, otherwise it was great stay and we would definitely recommend!!!

Summary: My family of seven had an amazing time at this property! Gayla and Jay are very communicative and accommodating, the property was perfect for all of us, we had a wonderful time! The lake is very serene and a perfect setting! Lake Carlyle is only a short drive away for Beach swimming. We will definitely look to stay here again!
