Summary: The room was spotless, the staff was very friendly and caring! We had an ac outage and the service man came in the middle of the night to address the issue!

Summary: This hotel is a must visit when in Belize! The property is beautiful, the staff are attentive and very kind. The unit exceeded my expectation. It was a sad feeling leaving but if ever back in Belize it’s without a doubt that I will be back. I also wanted to mention that Jairo was so helpful. He also made a point to remember my boyfriend’s and I’s name and that attention to detail did not unnoticed. I highly would recommend this place.

Summary: My stay at Blu Zen in Belize was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service — especially from Ericka. Ericka went above and beyond in every way. She was warm, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was answering questions, offering great local tips, or just checking in with a genuine smile, her hospitality made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and loves what she does.

Summary: Staff was very helpful from arranging transport for airport to advice (and a golf cart pickup) on local food options. They have their own boat to pick up on South Island. Condos and grounds are well kept. On site restaurant run by outside owner was a disappointment mainly due to lack of food options in low season (no pizza at this pizza place!). On the other hand the pool bar/resturant was very good value.
