Enjoy a beautifully appointed home situated on 12 private acres with the bold open Atlantic Ocean as your view. Cadillac Mountain can be seen in the distance and sunsets will not disappoint.
The Master Bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed. The upstairs features a bath, an open bunk room with 6 full beds and a sitting/tv area.
We have DirecTV and satellite WiFi. Approximately 12 mbps.
We do not have a landline
This property is minutes from Corea, Prospect Harbor, and Winter Harbor. The Winter Harbor ferry (May-Oct) takes you to Bar Harbor in 40 minutes. Acadia National Park at Schoodic Point is just minutes away. This is where you will find hiking and biking trails.
50 minutes from Bangor International Airport. Just 2 1/2 hours from Portland International Airport.
No boats and no trailers can be parked in the driveway or on the property. No pets allowed.

Summary: I took my 97 year old grandpa to Maine for a bucket list trip. Sara was very quick to respond to all my questions prior to arrival and made the process of getting there so simple. The home itself is beautiful! Far beyond what any picture could capture. Even with a somewhat rainy week we enjoyed every moment we were there. The room situation was perfect for our group of 7. If you are looking for a relaxing week in an absolutely gorgeous setting I would 100% recommend this property. Thank you Sara! We hope to be back!

Summary: Brought the family to Maine for a short weekend of leaves, lobster, and relaxation. Have stayed in southern Maine before but wanted to do some things in Bangor and spend time in Acadia and this location and house did not disappoint. The isolated location is phenomenal. 100% ocean views that did not disappoint and the night time star watching was awesome. The pictures of this house and location do not do it justice, just take our word for it and book this trip. Sara is a great host with an amazing property and we hope we can get back soon.

Summary: The house was amazing! Very clean inside and outside and plenty of room for us. The sights and sounds of the ocean made for relaxing evenings after hiking in Acadia, and the large back porch area allowed us to spend plenty of time outside. Corea was a nice little town with necessities relatively accessible. Pictures definitely do not do the property justice. I would stay here again!

Summary: What a wonderful week we had. This beautiful home is so inviting and spacious. There is room for everyone to find a place to sit and read, watch TV, or just chill by the wonderful ocean. What a view! The house is designed for comfort. Everything is as described. This was our second time to spend in Corea at this lovely space. We all left feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

Summary: When we booked this house over a year ago, my excitement was high and increased as each day passed. When we finally arrived, all my expectations were met plus some! We had a group of 9 with ages ranging from 5-69. Our stay was so peaceful and enjoyable! It was our two youngest first trip to Maine and their standard of vacationing in Maine was set VERY HIGH! We definitely want to come back!

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay. The view from patio is amazing. There was plenty of room and everything we needed for food preparation. Spent most days in Acadia and whale watching. Very good rental.

Summary: We were thrilled to stay at this property on our family trip to Maine! The view was fabulous, and the home was wonderful for the 10 of us! Each of the three adult couples had private bedrooms. The master bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. The 4 children were ecstatic about their upstairs bedroom with 6 queen-sized beds decorated with a nautical theme complete with a different native stuffed animal of Maine on each bed! The property was secluded from all other homes and we had a private path directly down to the rocky coastline! We often saw lobster boats checking their traps. When I talked to Sara on the phone with a question she was very pleasant and accommodating! Besides all of that the property is quite near to the Schoodic section of Acadia National Park! You could not go wrong renting this VRBO as we did for a six night stay!!

Summary: This was the perfect house for our getaway over the holidays! As soon as you arrive, you are struck by the gorgeous ocean and mountain views. The house is in a private setting and has all the amenities you could ever need: Comfortable seating, ample space for our group Large bedrooms, multiple baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in 2024

Summary: We had an amazing time in Maine! The house is fantastic, and you can’t beat the view and privacy. We had everything we needed, and Sara was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would go down to the water each morning and evening and just listen to the waves, so relaxing! This is the first time our group of friends and family have talked about going back to the same home 2 years in a row, it wouldn’t surprise me if we do.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at the property. The house is one hour away from Acadia and 1:20 from the Bangor airport. It served as a great secluded location to enjoy the scenery while still being only an hour away from Acadia. The house was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. The back patio is truly the highlight of the property with plenty of Adirondack chairs facing the ocean and a fantastic fire pit which we enjoyed nightly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to get away or use as a home base to explore the beautiful Maine coast.
