Positive: Location was close to main drag in Eunice. Host was nice to let us check in early. Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels provided. Host touched base several times to check on us.
Negative: Area felt a little sketchy. Stair railing was loose. No extras. Could use a few updates. Couldn’t find lights in bedroom but used lighting from other rooms.

Negative: The pullout couch seemed to be broken so we were short one bed for our son. He just slept on the couch each night.

Positive: Location was great, close to everything I wanted to do in Eunice. Clean and comfortable.
Negative: Blackout curtains kept the place cool but it would be nice to have an option to let in more natural light while still maintaining privacy.
Summary: This was a great value, definitely more comfortable and spacious than the hotels of Eunice.

Positive: Location, easy access to enter and the AC unit was great.
Negative: Steps uneven going into house and rails old, rusty and wobbly. It was outdated and not as clean as it should be. Dark and dreary. No lights coming through windows and blacked out. No plates, cups or utensils.
Summary: This home needs a good makeover. Great location and price.

Positive: Spacious and good value for money, We really like Eunice as a place. Felt safe.
Negative: Sorry but we found the place cold and dark- would have been better had we discovered the heating earlier. The hooting trains through the night was at first a novelty but soon became an iriitant.
Summary: Mixed feelings but would stay again - Nick's bar alone is enough for us to return to Eunice.
