Positive: Friends, this apartment is a real find. I honestly think anyone who stays here will be very lucky. When we booked it, the apartment had no reviews or ratings yet, so we had some doubts. But in the end, we were very lucky. The apartment is completely new, with a fresh modern renovation, new furniture, bathroom, kitchen and appliances. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook at home: a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, modern stove and oven, salt, sugar, all dishes and cleaning products. You really don’t need to think about anything. The building is in one of the best areas to stay in Rome. The apartment is very quiet, with no street noise at all. It is also very spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful ceiling details, so it feels modern but still keeps the atmosphere of historic Rome. There is a wonderful concierge in the building who keeps everything clean and safe. At night, the entrance doors to the courtyard are closed, but you have your own keys. Check-in was very fast and clear. Alessio, the host, was always in touch and explained in advance how to get to the apartment, so it was very easy to find and there was no stress. He also left us a bottle of excellent wine with glasses prepared, which was such a nice touch. There were also coffee capsules and cookies in the apartment. The location was perfect for us. There are nice cafes, a supermarket, a metro station nearby, and a bus stop right in front of the building. The sleep was very comfortable: good mattresses and blackout curtains. The view from the windows is onto a very atmospheric Italian courtyard with shutters. The windows are large, almost floor-to-ceiling. We walked a lot and were very tired, so unfortunately I didn’t manage to take many photos, but the apartment fully matches the photos on Booking. Next time in Rome, we will definitely stay here again ❤️❤️❤️
