Summary: I love this spot and this was the most relaxing long weekend I can remember in a long time. Sitting out on the screened in porch and looking at the ocean was so wonderful. My daughter really enjoyed that the pool was heated! Great stay.

Summary: We get a condo every year for the same week and we have transitioned away from hotel lodging as it’s crowded and aren’t really fit for families when you have to cook and clean. This condo was almost perfect! Almost: the bedrooms stayed crisp and cool with the air conditioning but the living room into the kitchen never got under78-80 degrees. For my hot natured family we were not able to hang out in the evenings and we couldn’t eat hot food at the dining table as it was just too hot. The seating in the living room is also not fit for lounging with the kids and the suede couch in the living room didn’t feel like they would be cleaned easily, not to worry we covered it with bedding so we wouldn’t track sand or anything on it. Also there was no cleaning multipurpose cleaner to clean general messes but we did run to the store to get these items. Also with the humidifier running and the AC not able to keep up with the heat, there was a slight smell that we managed with a little air freshener. These were not deal breakers for us as we understand the heat and overall turn over of the condos. We appreciate getting to stay there and we would consider returning if the AC issue is resolved. We think the AC unit simply isn’t powerful enough for that whole open space. The kitchen had great cooking supplies! Washer and dryer worked great! The pool is a plus and offers relief from the sun coming in off of the beach in the afternoon as the buildings provide shade at the perfect time!

Summary: Found the condo well equipped in a nice area. After staying for a month, it felt like home. Stairs can be challenging but we got used to them. Thanks again.

Summary: Modern condo with all that is needed for comfy vacation. My only drawback was my age and the 64 steps moving in. Excellent choice for oceanfront stay.

Summary: We had a great time at the condo. Everything we needed for our family was there. Very convenient to the beach and pool was great. Storage locker on the ground floor was a great bonus.

Summary: I really enjoy this property. It has everything I need, and is very comfortable The only cons I have are the steps. They can be a beast when carrying items and luggage. Also, I love the screened in porch, however the air unit is on the porch making it almost unbearable.

Summary: Fantastic condo. Super clean, directly on ocean (literally about a 3 minute walk onto beach). Location is fantastic, very close to Barefoot Landing. Pool was clean and well-maintained. The unit was quiet....people were outside having fun in the evenings, but no crazy party atmosphere. We popped back and forth with our kids all day for lunch, naps, etc. Condo had everything needed for cooking, smart tvs in living area and bedrooms, and provided use of beach chairs, sand toys, etc. With little kids, we SO appreciated not having to lug this stuff down. They also had a pack and play for our toddler! Owners are very responsive and kind. We are already looking at dates for next summer. One tiny area of improvement....stock just a few more paper products. We ran out of toilet paper, and would have been nice if there was saran wrap, foil, salt and pepper, etc. Mainly because we always forget to buy these items. That is literally the only area of improvement I can think of. Loved this place!

Summary: The condo was super clean, and decorated in a classy, beach theme. Great location- maybe a 1min walk and you’re on the beach ! There is also a storage closet outside that has beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards. The area was quiet . We had an issue with lack of hangars , and Steve( the owner) replied to my email immediately and brought hangars over . The owner is very responsive to emails . I’d definitely stay here again.
