Positive: Everything about the facilities was amazing !

Negative: The pillows for sleeping were terrible and the staff working in the restaurant were very unfriendly and unhappy.

Summary: Very relaxing , beautiful holiday. So much to do!

Positive: It can accommodate big groups and pets. This is such a great thing. And the kids playground and facilities is good.

Negative: Big ants and mosquitos. I guess it’s part of nature- but some pest control can manage this. We can’t use our outdoor area much because of the big fire ants and leaves from trees- i suggest leave a broom in the villa so guests can clean it up on their own. Our car doors also got infested by black ants from parking area.

Positive: Beautiful area and hotel grounds. Many activities. We ate at the restaurant by pool several times and were pleased with food and service. Lovely pool

Negative: The breakfast was terrible in terms of variety and quality. Fried eggs and omelettes are not cooked to order and are cold, Asian food was tasteless, warm dishes not replaced when they ran out,fruit limited variety, service limited and hygiene so and so. The bungalow was spacious and comfortable

Positive: The scenery was absolutely beautiful, if you need a place to relax and just enjoy the view of the mountains and take a short walk this is the place. And the villa is really good, but a bit worn down compared to the pictures.

Negative: The food was mediocre at best, the room service is really a great service they provide. But the food is not good and there is really no other place to eat close by.

Summary: Beautiful view, good beds, nice and spacious villas - good value for the money.
