2 Bedroom Cottage in Havelock

This property has spectacular views of the entrance to the Pelorus Sounds. Sit back and watch the recreational boats, mussel boats and barges come and go through the channel of the estuary.
This fully refurbished warm modern two-bedroom cottage with sea views from every room is sure to impress.
The main hub of the house, kitchen, lounge (split level) to dining area is open plan. The kitchen consists of a microwave, induction cooktop, full-size fridge-freezer, and pod coffee machine.
Some essential pantry items, crockery, cutlery, etc provided. There is a heat pump/air conditioner unit and a 40-inch TV with Netflix & Neon to keep you entertained. Free Wifi.
Both bedrooms have En-suites with hairdryers and towels supplied. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed (also split level.) Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed that can be separated into two singles if required.
All quality bed linen is supplied. A lounge sofa pull-out bed can also be made up into a double bed if required.
Luxury touches and thoughtful attention to detail can be found everywhere, from the Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules in the kitchen to the gorgeous toiletries in the sparkling new bathrooms.
There is a BBQ for your use plus a BBQ table to sit out and enjoy the sunny Marlborough weather. 3x kayaks are available including adult life jackets.
Attached small laundry with a tub & washing machine.
Ample off-street parking for your car and a small trailer boat plus lock-up bike storage.
From the cottage, it's a 1-minute drive to the boat ramp or town that has a four square, restaurants, cafes, a chemist and a laundrette.
Havelock has so much to offer, walking/cycling tracks, mailboat boat trips, fishing charters, etc and it is only 20 mins drive to the Marlborough winery region, so you just won't want to leave!
My husband and I are just behind the cottage at the main house in case you have any questions or worries but otherwise, the cottage is self-contained and we respect our guest's privacy.

Summary: We loved staying here. We were 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had ots owm ensuite. The home was rxtremely clean and had a very well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, serving bowls, utensils) for preparing meals. We used the kayaks and loved it. Check in and check out wad a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Fabulous and close to many great vineyards! Thank you hosts!

Summary: The listing pics don’t do the cottage justice. The place was pristine and everything you needed for a lovely stay. We borrowed the owner’s kayaks and had a lovely morning paddle in the bay. The kitchen was perfectly stocked will all kitchen items even some great grilling spices. The cottage was in tip top condition you can tell the owners love their Bach!

Summary: This is an old cottage that has been beautifully remodeled. We had a lovely week long stay with our little children. It is a short walk into town and it was an excellent base camp for us to make day excursions to explore the sounds. Pelorus bridge was our favorite swimming spot. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This artfully designed cottage is perfect for two couples with two en-suite bedrooms both with mountain and sound views. The property and the cottage were meticulously maintained and located a short 5-10 minute walk to the charming town of Havelock. The owners were very welcoming and kind we cannot wait to return to this stunning Marlborough Sound cottage!

Summary: Location was great. Nice view of the tidal Bay. Easy to walk into town for dinner. Twenty or so minutes to wineries. House was comfortable for the 4 adults.

Summary: Beautiful views and great location. Hosts were very friendly and communication was really good, especially as our flights were delayed. The cottage is bright and has all amenities. Very clean and tidy.
