Positive: Perfect location for the Pelorus Mail Boat and as the gateway to Marlborough wine country. We liked everything about the property. It is cozy, clean, and Ligitia and Bob have provided everything one could need in this unit. You name it, they already have it in the unit, just very well appointed. In addition, Ligitia and Bob are outstanding hosts. They greet you, check if you need anything, bring produce from their vegetable garden and fruit trees. They are lovely people!
Negative: We enjoyed everything about this stay!
Summary: Very well-appointed property, nice privacy, and the best hosts! Highly recommend.

Positive: Bob & Ligita's place is a gem in a delightful town. The accommodation is separate from that of the hosts, the bathroom & kitchen are fully equipped, there is space for luggage, the bed is comfortable. And the hosts are genuinely hospitable & helpful. It is home away from home.

Positive: Made very welcome by Bob and given fruit from the garden. Lots of very thoughtful touches eg touch by the bed, oil for cooking. Enjoyed looking at the well tended garden

Positive: Ligita and Bob are the most gracious of hosts. We stayed with them for 2 nights and it was excellent. They made us feel completely at home. Nothing was too much . Should we be in Havelock in the future, we would definitely stay again.
