Positive: The hotel itself was beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms are big and comfortable. Special shoutout to Silvina, Ana Lucia, and Agustina for making our stay extra special.
Negative: The service didn’t fit that of a 5 star hotel. There could’ve been little details that make all the difference in the stay but I feel like the staff is not trained right. It feels like managerial problem, not the staff itself because they’re nice. For example, the hotel hosts a dinner once a week for all the guests in the hotel and nobody told us about it. The bathroom for the fancy restaurant / breakfast area is just a storage closet, could definitely use some redesign.

Positive: The Hotel and overall location is absolutely stunning. Rooms were nice and cute and always super clean. Very special and unique vibe with all the little houses. Pool was also perfect with an outstanding view all over the vineyards. Close by tenutas and city of castellina, radda or siena to visit. We can highly recommend this place.
Negative: -the rooms do have air condition but ours did not run properly. Even though we asked kindly for improvement, the staff was not able to fix it and we had to sleep in a pretty warm room. -the bistro has amazing food. The kind staff offers outstanding dishes. The only issue is that the Bistro has the same menue for lunch and dinner. As we did stay longer we had a problem to find things on the menue we did not eat yet. -we booked the dinner experience in the olive garden. The overall experience is already a 9/10 but the food was not that perfect. Some dishes were served cold, the meat was a bit stiff - in short: the experience would be a 12/10 if they would manage to meet here the quality of their other restaurants

Positive: This property between the mountains with the Tuscany touch is unique! I was impressed with the aromas everywhere in the hotel, inside the room, outside the room. Everything is made with a special touch that why properties like this are outstanding. The manager upgraded us the a suite and gave us a local product as a gift, very kind from them and these details make you to come back again. Loved the views, the charming restaurants, the sounds of birds, the lavender full of butterflies and the pool area. The food at dinner was excellent.
Negative: Maybe breakfast could be improved in order to tell us more about the menu options.
