Beautiful stone farmhouse, completely independent, 120 sq. m., holding up to 6 persons with two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool, large garden, furnished terrace, barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning throughout the house (except the kitchen) and parking, perfect for small families or groups of friends.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by paved, shaded areas, divided in terracing areas, with several furnished relaxing areas. There is a panoramic, well-kept garden, with bushes, olive trees, plants and flowers, on the side of the house with the swimming pool, partly above ground and oval-shaped, 9 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.55 metres. There is a bathing area around the pool with sunbeds, a beach umbrella and a charming pergola with table, chairs and stonework barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches. Guests can also use the panoramic rooftop, partially covered and complete with tables and chairs for outdoor breakfasts with sunbeds and a rocking chair. Parking within the property.Interior
The property is entirely on one floor. The day area has some steps and features stone arches which link the separate areas, made of typically Tuscan materials with wood beams and cotto flooring. The entrance leads to a living room with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, which leads to the bright dining room with outdoor access, as well as to the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace. Completing the house are a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower leading to a covered courtyard furnished for relaxing moments, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.

The property is in a residential area near to Radda in Chianti, in the Chianti countryside made of olive groves and vineyards, whilst still being near to shops.

The farmhouse has WiFi, mosquito screens at the bedroom windows (not on the French doors), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house (except the kitchen), baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, and parking in the property.

Summary: This property is in the heart of Tuscany. You are immersed in the area and the culture by staying here. The town is quaint, has good restaurants and shops. The property owners were personable and available within minutes if we had any questions. I had chose this particular property because I wanted to make sure it had heat and AC and it was efficient so we would be comfortable. We stayed for 3 weeks. It was chilly at night. The house is masterfully updated with mini-splits and a pellot stove. The properties require you to pay for fuel and electric and offer you a certain amount as part of the rental. We did not owe anything at the end and we cooked daily, stayed at the villa on somedays and used the heat. The property owners treated us like family, helped us with planning and answered our questions. The house has been in the family for many generations. We felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend the villa.

Summary: We had a great and relaxing stay at this place. The house and the pool was wonderful. The owner was very nice and helpful. The only complaint is that the beds are a little bit hard.

Summary: Beautiful, very spacious villa with wonderful outdoor terraces. The location at the top of the hill provided great views over vineyards and orchards. Aside from one of the bathrooms being a bit small, this was a perfect place to stay.
