Summary: Our stay at Boricua Apartments was lovely. The location is a quick walk to the beach, is close to the center of town, and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. I fully recommend staying here.

Summary: Solid apartment upstairs from a restaurant with plenty of safe parking. Could sleep up to 4 with 3 bed options. Water pressure was good but faucets sprayed all over. Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!

Summary: If you are looking for a safe place to stay in Rincon where you can lie your head, and have no expectations; this will do. There are beaches, supermarket and eateries. Parking is included on property. Manager was very friendly and helpful.
