This Adult Only Property sits in the most beautiful neighborhood in all of Rincon (Sea Beach Colony) and features two separate homes and four separate apartments, allowing family and friends to vacation together while still having their privacy.
We only cater to large adult only groups looking for private 5 star luxury accommodations. One look is all it takes to appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail that goes into making this private luxurious 5 star property a one of a kind. Each apartment is very spacious, sleeps 4 and offers unique qualities. Unit 4 our grand duplex apartment features two A/C cooled king bedrooms, private bathrooms and balcony views overlooking beautiful tropical landscape and your private pool with palm trees and a waterfall. Relax on your balcony and take in the scenery with coffee in the morning and listen to the tranquil sound of the waterfall to clear your mind. The main floor features a fully functional state of the art kitchen, a beautiful dining area and gathering area for any large group. Living room includes a 70" smart TV, free Wi Fi and half bath. Walk out your front door to a huge sun soaked Coralina patio surrounding the pool, relax on a lounge chair or have a cocktail in the pool on your built-in seats or a floating lounge. There's a shady pergola with tables and chairs to get out of the sun, have some food or just read a book, when the sun goes down the poolside landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the ambiance and the night air. If the beach is your desire, grab one of our beach chairs and a cooler and take a short walk down the street to Rincon's most desirable sandy beaches for a great tan. Walk down the beach and check out the water sport rentals. Jet skis, banana boats, snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing trips. At night you'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets you'll never see anywhere else. Unit 1 is a sprawling 1,200 square foot upstairs A/C cooled apartment that sleeps 4, featuring a huge upgraded kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with smart TV, free Wi Fi and sitting area, 3 French doors lead to a full length balcony with a large table and chairs to take in the beauty of the neighborhood. Master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and private full bath while the spare room features two full beds, huge closets and a separate full bath. There's also a laundry room with washer/dryer for your convenience. Unit 2 is a 600 square foot main floor apartment, sleeps 4 and features a simple yet comfortable kitchen living room combo, smart TV and free Wi Fi, Queen bedroom with A/C and large closet. Second bedroom has A/C and two single beds. A large full bath is shared as well as a washer/dryer. Unit 3 is a 600 square foot main floor apartment, sleeps 4 with a Queen master bedroom, A/C and private full bath. Guest bedroom has A/C, two single beds, separate full bath and a kitchen living room combo with smart TV and free Wi Fi. Each apartment has full refrigerators, stoves, coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, blenders and all the cooking utensils you need. Summary: You seriously couldn't ask for anything more at this amazing home. Cleanliness, spaciousness, privacy, location--it has it all. It was perfect for our large family who was there for a wedding just one street over. Communication with the hosts was great, and everything was as described in the listing. Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY want to stay here again in the future!

Summary: Our group of 15 people recently spent 10 days at Casa Bonita in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It was wonderful! We rented all four units on the property, which included a swimming pool, a semi-covered patio with very nice patio chairs, lounge chairs around the pool area and a small storage room next to the pool that housed pool toys and beach chairs we could take to the ocean, just a block away. Two of the units had VERY LARGE kitchens that were well stocked. The location of the property was excellent. Just down the road was a large grocery store (with a beer and liquor department), as well as a bakery with a wide variety of pastries and sandwiches. Also across the street was a parking lot with food trucks that sold BBQ chicken, pizza, sushi, etc., as well as a small bar.Many in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were and how they always had a good night’s sleep. There were plenty of plush beach/pool and bath towels available in each unit. A full-sized washer and dryer were also available. Our unit 1 which was upstairs had a great outside deck/patio where we were able to sit even when it rained!Lastly, we cannot fail to tell you what a great host Vincent was. He was quickly available by phone and when we had a little A/C issue he had a repairman there within an hour. He also gave us the name of a company we called when we needed a taxi for a short drive or to take us on an excursion. We do look forward to another visit to Casa Bonita. Thanks again, Vincent!

It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The entire property is well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown Rincón. Whether you want to catch some waves, relax by the water, or explore local restaurants and shops, everything is easily accessible.My group of 10 were super comfortable. Casa Bonita truly has it all: space, comfort, and convenience. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Rincón, this is the place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough—10/10!

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Bonita on a family vacation with our adult children, their spouses and our granddaughter. In addition to enjoying the nearby beaches, restaurants and sights, we loved spending time together at the property eating, swimming and playing games together in the common room well into the night. And with the arrangement of the units, each family was able to have a little privacy away from the activity when desired. The hosts and their representatives were very helpful and provided many suggestions on what to do in the area. It was a wonderful time to be with my whole family, made more wonderful by the excellent accommodations.

Summary: My family and rented this property for a vacation and it was everything we could imagine. We did have a couple issues, but were able to contact the property manager and had everything resolved in a timely manner. The location is great with beach, restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife all close. The setup is great to be with family and try still have you own time when needed. Overall a great time and experience.

Summary: We have not been to the island in over 30 years. We could not have picked a better location! The home was absolutely fantastic! It was more than we imagined. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Robert, the property manager, was very personable. The owner, Vincent was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We as a family felt this was our best vacation to date. We will definitely love to return.

Summary: Location location location! Best house in Rincon. Close to downtown Rincon.A lot of places to eat nearby and felt very safe. 2 min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. I booked this house for my birthday and definitely enjoyed my stay with 14 of my family members and 2 toddlers. Pool was clean and big enough to enjoy. Vincent was very communicative and attentive to all our request. Casa Bonitas was equipped with everything you may need for your stay. I highly recommend.
