The villa is just 6 minutes from Disney's main gate off Old Lake Wilson in Encore Resort at Reunion with a world class AquaPark, Highest Water Cliff, fitness center, full restaurant/bar, daily complimentary shuttles link Encore Water Park with Disney, Universal, Sea World, Premium Outlets and other attractions. It has private pool/spa, the fastest wifi (1 Gig/s). It has 5b/5b with all 5 ensuites sleeping up to 14 guests. Children 'Star Wars'&'Frozen'. Stuff Check-in Service provided in Encore Resort. Top property management company provides with a five star hotel oriented services including check -in service and 24 security services.
Two XBOXs are played using the big movie screen. Over 30 movies can be watched in the villa. The over 30 movies are free provided by the owner. The game room includes a pool table, an air honey and an arcade game. The swimming pool has a cage with a fully screened.

Summary: This rental property is in a Jewish community. Outside of the extra fees for the pool heating, which come to find was really unnecessary, and the gas grill, the property is amazing! Our first night of 3 was spent figuring out how to operate the entertainment center in the game room. There were a total of 5 remotes for the various equipment in the game room! Excessive but we managed to figure them out after a little shuffling. The arcade control was not functioning properly on out first night, which was a bummer, but management came the following morning and fixed it and got the soud to work! Kudos Management! Our only other complaint were 2 holes in the netting surrounding the pool allowing insects and geckos to gradually occupy the pool with us. Unfortunately this complaint was not resolved by the time our stay was up. All in all this was a great experience for me and my family! A tour through the neighborhood revealed Edom was setting up for The Feast of Tabernacles. It was pretty cool to see all the make shift tabernacles set up in the driveways around the community. We'll be back to stay again on a return to the area.

Summary: The house is very beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host, Jianhua was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help us. My children are very happy with the stay. It is also very close Disney World. The waterpark and pool was very fun to play in and we spent a lot of time in there. The movie room, pool table and hot tub were also very fun and we never had a day here where we were bored. The restaurant at the Encore Clubhouse has delicious food. Overall, a 5/5 I would highly recommend people to stay here and we look forward to staying here again when I'm in Orlando.

Summary: Perfect set up for our family of 10. Everyone had their own private bath so we could get ready quickly. A few more amenities i.e extra roll of paper toweling, extra roll of toilet paper and dishwasher pods would be helpful. Nice to have private pool, the kiddos enjoyed that. We used water park two times but was a 10 minute walk from our unit. We did not use the shuttle service as it was not convenient. Used LYFT instead to get to Disney parks and that proved to be reliable. Ordered food from Encore restaurant and had it delivered but the last night they had no delivery service so that was disappointing. All in all, the place met our needs.

Summary: The house did not feel clean. The sheets were well worn and the one extra blanket was definitely not washed recently if ever. There was a Dutch oven pot but it was the only one. No sauce pans so it was very difficult to cook. There was only a small amount of toilet paper which is a basic necessity to have on hand. Apparently the renter is fined if all the trash is not in a garbage bag. However, it’s hard to keep the trash in the bag when the raccoons empty out the garbage every night. It has some good qualities but there is much room for improvement.

Summary: This home space worked well for 10 of us infants to seniors. Very comfortable. We came at the end of Spring Break season, so the carpets and walls need a little attention but we understand the busy time of year. We had one issue, but it was attended to promptly.

Summary: Large home near Disney. Clean. Not enough pool towels for number of people staying. No workable coffee maker. Lack of response to help request. Living room chairs had skewed legs. No appropriate towel hooks or bars in MBR Bath.. Good location. Decent beds. Disney themed.

Summary: This property was perfect for our needs. We had a group of 11, ranging in age from 1-77. We loved having the ability to relax in our own pool and hot tub after a long day at the parks. Access to the water park on site was also an incredible perk of staying here. The property owner was incredibly kind and responsive in helping us locate an item that we thought we left behind. The only challenges we had were with the Resort management and Jeeves management company who did not communicate particularly well or make us feel particularly excited about our stay. The owner of the home, though, had nothing to do with this!! We'll consider this home again on our return!

Summary: I am giving this property 2 stars because of the continuous issues with the inadequate air conditioning and insect infestation. The home was nicely furnished and clean except for the carpeted areas. All the carpets needed cleaning. The location is nearby the parks, but the traffic getting into and out of the development was terrible. The traffic at the gate to access the development was also a problem. A number of issues with the home: dryer broken, refrigerator broken, one of the dishwashers broken, pool umbrella broken. Calls for repairs were handled quickly and a repair agent came but not all issues were resolved. The game room/movie theater was too hot to use. Had to pay extra for hot tub to be heated!? Screen around pool ripped and damaged. The main problems were the air conditioning not cooling upstairs and the bugs (roaches and red ants) all over the kitchen. Again calls were answered but problems not resolved. I was told that these issues were not fixed because of back to back bookings and offered a free night future stay if I gave a 5 star review. I was also asked not to review unless it was a 5 star review.( I have saved the text messages I received.) The development is very nice. The amenities, staff and check-in were terrific. There are many other places in this development to rent. If I do return to the area, I will look for another rental here but definitely not this property.
