Brand new independent villa overlooking the gulf, with enclosed private garden and surrounded by a 20,000 sq m wood. Two bedrooms + a French sofa bed in the living room (max 5 + 1 guests). Large terrace with sitting area and outdoor table for dining overlooking the sea. Two bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, washing machine with dryer and free wi-fi. Kitchen equipped with all types of appliances. Guaranteed maximum tranquility and relaxation. Guests have access to all the spaces of the villa, its terrace and garden. The villa is single-family, therefore nobody will disturb the privacy of the guests!
Villa Laura has two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the large living room there is also a French sofa bed that can be used if necessary. It can therefore accommodate up to six people. There is also a smart TV with satellite system. The kitchen is equipped with the latest generation appliances: fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and capsule coffee machine. The two bathrooms each have a shower. There is an air conditioning system in the bedrooms and in the living room / lounge.
The villa has a large terrace with a sitting corner with sofas and armchairs from which to enjoy the wonderful panorama in total relaxation and a table for six people to dine on the sea view. The property includes a barbecue, a sink and an outdoor shower, washing machine with dryer and free wi-fi.
On the back, spacious but reserved courtyard with an additional table and six chairs, clearing area and cupboards with service spaces and washer / dryer.
The terrace and garden offer the opportunity to tan in privacy, comfortably lying on the sun beds (2 available), enjoying the sea view in the tranquility of the place.
Villa Laura is immersed in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and offers a splendid view of the gulf and the surrounding mountains, it is ideal for those who love outdoor activities, relaxation and barbecues. The property, although surrounded by greenery and tranquility, is not isolated: in the same area there are in fact several other houses and / or villas but none of these overlooks Villa Laura which always remains in a private position, thus ensuring maximum privacy for guests.
The garden is illuminated at night with twilight lights. The property is fenced and the access gate to the villa is automatic with remote controlled opening. The villa is furnished by a well-known architect with some original design pieces: lamps by Le Corbusier, Cini Boeri, Bruno Munari, Kazuhide Takahama; Zanotta and Molteni furnishings.
The parking lot can accommodate up to four cars.
Villa Laura is FAMILY FRIENDLY: we will be happy to host your children and to provide them with whatever is necessary to make their and your stay pleasant and happy! Upon request and at no additional cost, we will provide you with a camping cot, a high chair, a mini table with three high chairs, cutlery, glasses and colored plastic dishes to make the kids' lunch more fun. The TV is SMART, with wi-fi internet connection, to watch their favorite videos on Youtube or connect to Netflix (account not included). In the second bedroom you will also find some games for your children, including a large Lego Classic box and some books for children. The second bedroom gives directly onto a large garden, where your children can play while you relax in the sun!
Finally, I must point out that, being the villa in a protected area, the last stretch of access road (about 2/300 meters) is not asphalted but is practicable by any type of car.

Summary: Agree with previous reviews, a lovely property with stunning views and great outside space. Not an easy track from the main road so need a sturdy small car. No safe way to walk to town so a car essential. Weather unusually cold and wet for May so we were unable to use the lovely outside space but couldn’t fault the villa and Laura’s communication was friendly and fast. Elba is a lovely island - we travelled round it all as no possibility to visit beaches - but stunning scenery and really interesting old hillside towns.

Summary: From check in to check out we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. The communication from Laura throughout the entire process was so professional and everything was well organized in advance with the directions to the property and lots of suggestions for things to do including lots of well detailed descriptions of beaches to try! Much appreciated!! The accommodation itself is a wonder and you really have to see it to believe it! The views from the accommodation are like a dream, we even described it as a millionaires view. This is fitting with the standard of the property, which was immaculate and included everything you can ever think of needing! Laura has really thought of everything. The property is located on a steep hill, however this was not a problem and we either walked to Marciana marina ( which was by far the best and most beautiful town we visited full of plenty of top quality restaurants to enjoy and a lovely sandy beach) or took the bus which departs from the bottom of the hill. An absolute must stay! Thank you Laura!

Summary: Our family of four stayed at Laura’s house during 3 weeks. Over this relatively extended period, we had the chance to explore the island in great detail. Thus, having seen the ins and outs, we can attest that you would hardly find better accommodation on the island. The house has everything to it - location, view, cleanliness, amenities and, of course, the amazingly helpful hosts! If available, book without any hesitation!

Summary: The pictures give you a good impression about the view from the terrace, but cannot show how nice a place it actually is to be any time of day. Quality furniture, outdoor kitchen, nice breeze, always a place to find shadow, complete privacy even though you can see most of Elba. Lots of nice details also inside, you feel it is a place where someone lives and care and not just another holiday home. All you need to do your own cooking is available. Extremely dedicated, quick and qualified communication with owner before, during and after your stay. Very centrally placed on the Island, you have 20-30 min drive to all the greatest attractions on the Island. So ... what is not to like? For me ... not a lot, I couldn’t think of a better place spending a year writing a book or so - or just a week reading one. My kids (11, 14) missed a pool (but partly compensated by great wifi), it is a one family place, so nobody to share the cost with, and there is nothing within walking distance, so if eating out every night and not getting in your car all week is your thing, then this is not the place.
