Summary: Beautifully remodeled flat in Holland Park/Notting Hill Gate/Kensington area. Property manager Felix is very responsive. Checkin/out super easy. Roomy, lots of closet space, basic but very functional kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, basic staples. Great base for busy week in london.

Summary: We have visited London in November for the past 30 years and have stayed at a variety of apartments in Chelsea and South Kensington. None of them have been as comfortable or convenient as this flat. 2 nicely sized bedrooms with en-suite baths and walk-in showers, a gourmet kitchen with induction cooktop and full-size refrigerator, large dining area that seats 6, a pleasant living room with large TV and Bluetooth soundbar and last but not least, an outdoor patio! All very tastefully appointed and washed with light from the many oversized windows. An easy 9 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate Station where you can take the Central, District or Circuit lines, a 7 minute walk to Waitrose or M&S Food (with a great Majestic Wine Warehouse on the way), a wide variety of restaurants and pubs nearby like Clarke’s and The Windsor Castle, and 11 minutes from Kensington High Street. The only improvement I could suggest would be a second set of keys so that if the guests split up during the day they don’t have to plan a rendezvous to get back into the flat.

Summary: Greatly enjoyed our stay at Felix's flat. The flat is located in a quiet building and area but easy access to the underground and bus stops. Numerous choices within walking distance for picking up groceries. The flat was spacious and comfortable. Felix was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Félix's apartment. It is beautifully decorated and has a great feel as the ceiling is approximately 12 feet. It has a privileged location so you can take any public transport within a 6-minute radius and visit the most beautiful places that London has to offer. It is located in a quiet area so we could sleep comfortably. There are two beautiful parks nearby, so it is also convenient for those who enjoy walking or jogging.
