Summary: This condo was smaller than it appeared in the photo but still sufficient space. Appliances were all new and worked well. It was very clean and well decorated. We could not easily find bedding for the hide a bed. It was under it but a note, stating that would have been helpful. It was sparsely stocked and would have been nice to have tea and coffee the firs morning t as many travelers get there late in the day and have no access to shopping. Would be nice to have a few extra pillows and blankets. When I reached out to the owner he got back quickly and responded to needs. Overall it was above average!

Summary: Property was very clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive. Bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. You can walk to bars and restaurants but it is a little over a mile.

Summary: Great location in North Vancouver. Nice neighborhood with eat address to great hiking, restaurants, pubs. Very clean unit, convenient, host very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a good one night stay at the property. It was clean and had all the necessities for a family of 4 and making a home cooked meal. It is located in a nice neighborhood in north Vancouver. The master bedroom is in a basement level, away from the sofa bed in the living room… something I wish I had known ahead of booking, but we worked around it with our kids. I would recommend sending one additional detailed email on check-in date with all details. It was a bit challenging for us to figure out the exact location of the entrance to the apartment and check in instructions off the original booking email late in the evening. Otherwise, the host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He seems to live right above the unit, which was convenient when we needed some additional necessities.

Summary: The condo was perfect. Clean quiet and comfortable. Close to Lonsdale Quay made it easy to check out Vancouver and north Vancouver. We had a great time.

Summary: Our host was VERY generous with any requests we had, including using his in-garage EV charger. Easy walk to popular Shipyards area. Bright, clean, modern, efficient condo.

Summary: The place was clean once we got in but the key was hidden around back even though you could not get in the back door. Landlord responded hours later so luckily we found it before that. Tried to do laundry but the washer was broken and even had a previous tenant's clothes in it. Landlord knew about this but didn't think it was necessary to let us know. He also made it seem like it was close to amenities however it is quite a ways out and cost more in taxi's than expected.

Summary: My husband and I booked this property for a short stay after staying downtown for a work conference. The property was very clean, organized and easy to access. The included amenities were beyond what we experienced when renting other properties. Our host, Joseph, was very kind and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even had the air conditioning looked at before we arrived to ensure it was working well and asked that we let him know if there were any issues. He answered all of our questions and touched based to ensure we did not need anything. Thank you to our host for an amazing stay.

Summary: Great host. Howard is very accommodating and clearly enjoys hosting. The home is well appointed for the size (having the bedroom on the lower floor is great and makes a small space seem plenty large enough) and Londsdale Quay and the SeaBus are walkable along the Spirit Trail.
