This beautiful loft has 2 bedrooms, a den, office space, sleeps 4, a walk in closet, 1.5 bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and shower head, street front private patio and keyless keypad entry. We also just added a brand new electric fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights in!
Located at 2 minute walk to the Seabus, a minute walk to North Vancouver shipyards and a 2 minute walk to Lonsdale Quay
Family friendly, crib and baby products available upon request and availability. Also, we’re pet friendly.
Lolo (or lower Lonsdale) is famous for its shipyard night market and yearly entertainment. You will be a staircase away from the shipyards where you have Cafe Artigiano, Joeys, the Nook, various other restaurants and stores. You’re also right by the pier and a few minute walk from the Seabus that takes you directly to downtown Vancouver.

Summary: The second bedroom is inside the first bedroom, the curtains offer no privacy.The second bedroom has no bedside table, so you have to place everything on the floor.There was no paper towels, no spices, no shampoo, no soap, no scissors.We found two full bags of garbage filled with old food containers under the sink, they stank like stale food oil. That garbage also created a bunch of tiny flies. ** Be aware that the staircase isn't safe, as one side is completely open with no safety railing, absolutely not to building code!The location is great, but the cleanliness was not great. :(

Summary: Firstly, location was all we could ask for. As for the rest, a lot remains to be desired. In the listing, private parking was listed as an option. When asked, the host never responded. As there is next to nothing for parking in the area, I had to sceamble to find a spot for our rental car. In the rental there was no toilet paper, paper towels or kleenex. No soap in the shower, coffee, tea, sugar or sny other amenities. May have lost daith in VRBO.had to

Summary: This townhouse is in a great location right in the new shipyard development. Everything is super close and convenient. The unit was extremely clean when we showed up and well appointed. To be clear there is one Queen bed, one single bed and while there is a couch it’s not a pull out bed and not really meant to use as a bed. For a couple with a plus 1 child or single adult this is ideal. I would definitely rent again.
