Enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, ATV riding, and snowmobiling on your own land. Brand New Ping Pong Table! Despite its secluded location, it is only a 5-minute drive to trendy cafes, gourmet restaurants, golf course, farmer’s markets, and more!
The space:
This impressive all season upstate escape has been designed with the architectural elegance of vaulted ceilings, heated bathroom floors, and a custom designer kitchen.
The main bedroom is spacious with hardwood floors, and is furnished with dressers, bedside lamps, and a Queen Sized Bed. Enjoy your direct access from the main bedroom to the furnished deck by simply getting out of bed and sliding open a glass door. You will find yourself on one of our reclining lounge chairs bathing in the sun and relishing the peaceful sounds of a flowing stream.
Our home is just 15 minutes away from hospitals, urgent medical centers, major grocery chains, big brand shopping district, movie theater, public tennis courts, swimming pool and grass soccer/football fields.
Sleeping Arrangement: Main Floor Bedroom 1 has one king bed, Main Floor Bedroom 2 has one King Bed, 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 has two Queen Beds, 2nd Floor Loft has one Queen Pullout Sofa Bed, and finally the main floor living room has one Queen Pullout Sofa Bed.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. We came for our son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house is beautiful with an amazing deck overlooking a creek. The beds are comfortable, and the house is clean. The owner left firewood, a bottle of wine, and everything else we would need for our stay. The home is a short 20 minute drive from Cooperstown all Star Village. I would highly recommend this home! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: House was great. Clean, new, and the setting with the creek running behind the house was perfect. My kids loved playing in the water and the adults enjoyed watching them.

Summary: This house is immaculate and the grounds are beautiful! The property is a great place to relax and spend time with family. My favorite thing to do each day was to sit outside and watch the groundhogs, deer, bunny’s, and chipmunks run around, while listening to the sound of the creek. Very relaxing. I would love to return!

Summary: The house and setting were spectacular. It was a fantastic home for a family reunion. Sandy was an extremely thoughtful host providing us with all the comforts and necessities of a well kept home. We loved having a creek in the back of the house with a fire pit to sit around. We will cherish memories from this time.
