We purchased this property in October of 2013 and completed renovating the interior during the off season. The home is completely updated with new decor, furnishings, central air, plumbing and electrical.
The cottage is located in an ideal location, a short walk to town, the ferry, the north shore beaches, and bike trails. There is a private back yard enclosed with a hedge where you can sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the lawn. The cottage features one level living, 2 bedrooms w/en suite bathrooms, and a master suite that is separated from the rest of the cottage by an enclosed breezeway.

Summary: What a great spot!! The house was very clean, cute and close enough to town to walk a few times. We loved the Sonos system for playing music in the living room and master. The umbrellas the owner provided came in handy! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for our short stay. The owners are very quick to respond. Thank you!

Summary: We had the most wonderful stay at Sue Casa. Everything was up to date and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed walks into town multiple times a day while being able to easily skirt around town traffic to drive out to the beaches. The house had everything we needed to enjoy dinners at home, time at the beach, and restful nights. The perfect Nantucket summer cottage, thank you!

Summary: I love this house. This was our second time renting it and it’s clean, convenient and perfect for our family. The proximity to town and Jetties and Steps Beach is great! I’m already counting down the days until the 2025 dates open up and I can book our week - or maybe two! Owners are very nice and were super responsive to a few silly questions I had.

Summary: We spent 2 weeks here with the family and this location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, down town and shops. On a private dead end lane which was great for kids to run and play. We will be visiting again. Excellent hosts and clean house.

Summary: Really felt much more like staying at a friend’s house than a rental. Everything about this house was perfect. Great layout. Great kitchen. Roomy bedrooms. Great outdoor space. I could not have felt more at home. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Summary: We spent a week at this property in June and we had a lovely time. The kitchen is well stocked with items you may need during the week and the grill works great! Beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and the yard. The location was perfect for a quick walk into town each day or just a 5 minute walk to Jetties Beach and Brant Point.
