Summary: The property was as described in the posting:central location, natural light, impressive architecture. The main room was welcoming and comfortable. Nice outside seating area with grill. Very close to shopping and restaurants. One mile from beach.

Summary: The Good: the property is in an ideal location, has fantastic gardens and the 1st floor room is a beauty. We loved the main room. The Bad: That said, we were extremely disappointed in several things about the property, its maintenance and its overall readiness for renters, including: - overwhelming mildew, mildew on towels, no hot water on arrival, unannounced visitors x2, stains on carpets, stains on chairs, un-useable grill, no ventilation in 3d bedroom, 2d bedroom no wall or door, broken light fixture. No apologies from owner for any of the above. We demand a partial refund.
