Positive: Location view friendly staff, convenience of stores and dining and breakfast dining superior

Negative: Did have a couple with some children above us every morning 7 o’clock and let their child run back-and-forth which lasted for 20 minutes and then quiet it down. Other than that, the trip was perfect.

Summary: So relaxing, great comfort, excellent air conditioning and appliances quit wanting to come back

Positive: The location is absolutely perfect, you have a view of the pool and the ocean! There are shops and restaurants all around. There's even a Piggly Wiggly local grocery store right across the street.

Negative: There were just a couple of things that I would change if I were the owner. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, so the toilet paper was just sitting on the counter. The toilet bowl brush was underneath the bathroom cabinet instead of in a container near the toilet.

Positive: We found the condo small but clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The couch is new and the air conditioning worked well. Bathroom looks recently renovated as well, nice shower. The best is the balcony with comfortable 2 chairs and a little table overlooking the pool and the ocean view. Parking on site close and elevators and very nice security staff. Could not ask for a better location, many restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store in short walking distance. Nice pool and short and nice walk to the beach. Our family loved everything about it.

Negative: More hooks to hang things or shelfs in the bathroom, please! This seems to be a problem in many places 😊

Positive: I loved the location. Balcony looked over pool and had an ocean view. Easy access to shopping, food, and beach.

Negative: Air conditioning did not work on arrival. It was 80 degrees in the apartment. Then realized the fan and overhead light in bedroom did not worked. Tried to open bedroom window but it would not open. Texted Vacasa and was told nothing could be done until next day. Had to strip bed and wash all linens next morning due to being soaked with sweat. Workmen arrived and got fan working but not light. When I later tried to turn light on the fan turned off and would not work again. Air conditioner repairman arrived late the second day and worked till 9 pm only to tell me he could not fix it until the next day. Third day at noon finally got AC working. Fan still did not work nor did it for the rest of my stay. Talked back and forth with Vacasa but no action. On Wednesday night the shelf in the closet holding extra linens, Towels, and other apartment property as well as all my hanging clothes fell off the wall when all the screws fell out. Contacted Vacasa but no-one came to fix it the rest of my stay. No offer to lower price or give back a day even when I told them it was not worth what they were charging without AC or fan. They just said thanks for being so understanding.

Summary: I had a great time in Hilton Head. Just could not use apartment for first three days. Too hot.

Positive: Excellent location. Enjoyed the ocean front and pool views. It was short walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping all at the same time. The condo was located directly across the street from Coligny plaza. Which gave access to shopping, restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly grocery store.

Negative: The condo could use a refresh on furniture. It is small so there is not much room. The couch is getting broke down and the one other chair is just not that comfortable. The bed was a little firm for my taste but not that bad. I didn’t like the fact that in the living area you could not turn on the ceiling fan without turning on a big light next to it. This condo was located on the second floor of a three story building. The tenants upstairs were a little loud at times.

Summary: The condos location is perfect for Hilton Head and perfect for a couple and maybe one child to stay in.

Positive: i liked that it was right near the beach, and there’s a little shopping center with greats food, bars, and cute shops. and i liked that it was not far from the golf courses i was going to.

Negative: i didn’t like how the code for the door never worked. even after being given multiple codes. i ended up having to use the key from the lock box. and that’s okay but yall should fix the code issue. other than that i liked everything. oh also the remotes in the room work for both fans and if i turn one off the other turns off. and vice versa. that was really annoying because it did the same thing with the light.

Summary: i had a great time with great vibes, and great golf. thank you
