Summary: Had a great time over the 4th of July. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. The bed was too soft for myself. Other than that we had a great time. Very nice place as advertised.

Summary: You wonโ€™t be disappointed with this amazingly clean villa. Right on the beach with spectacular views of the ocean and sand. Easy access to everything. You can literally walk to everything (stores, restaurants, bars etc) within minutes. You never have to get into your car unless you want to. This was our second time staying here and are already planning another stay. Thank you Mark for sharing this Villa with us.

Summary: My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this condo and we will definitely stay here again. The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean, the bed and linens were great, and the condition of the furniture and unit was excellent. We really loved the location. There are shops, restaurants, and a grocery store directly across the street. So we were able to get around without ever having to use our car. The beach was in great condition and never too busy. I would recommend this to anyone headed to Hilton Head Island!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Great location within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, pool bar Jimโ€™s (a must!) and of course, right on the beach. Easy check in process and the condo looked exactly like the pictures. We hope to visit again soon!
