Incredible lakefront views can be enjoyed from two levels of deck. Perfect for those who love the outdoor experience, guests have an alfresco dining space, a refreshing outdoor shower, and charcoal grill. Take in the scenic views and sounds of nature without the bugs on the large screened in back porch. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home has plenty of rustic, country charm while offering beautiful, recent updates, including new floors, fresh paint, new kitchen appliances, and new bathroom vanity. In time for summer 2023 all new interior doors and exterior sliding glass door for secure and easy entry.
Guests can easily access ample parking from the walkout basement. There's also another covered area for parking boat trailers. The boat ramp is only ~100 yards past the house, making for quick and convenient loading/unloading. *PLEASE NOTE: there is no boat dock available for docking boats.
Adjacent to the house is a separate area that will allow guests to park their boat trailers, RVs, etc. . Please note we do not have utilities for RV's or motor homes in the lower parking lot.
Arrow's Point is located in the Central Std. time zone and it is in a dry county. Also, if you enjoy swimming in the lake be sure to bring a flotation device.
Please take note that a fine of $200 will be assessed for any boats that are found parked in the slip by renters of arrows point.
Any damage assessed on the dock may result in additional charges.

Summary: Pro’s -View of the lake from the deck is pretty. -Spacious house plenty room for guests (we had our family & another family from our church who visited us for a night with permission from the owner & there was plenty of room). -All of the beds in the house were comfortable. Cons: -Golf cart/people/music/noise all night on the street in front of the house and on lake behind the house (we couldn’t sleep & we had a noisemaker). -The house is on the main channel at a turn on the lake with large waves making hard to get our kids off/the on boat easily/safely without a dock access. Crowded small boat ramp next door to house, no drop off dock available at ramp. The waves & boulders in this part of the lake made anchoring the boat challenging; We spent a lot of vacation time trying to anchor. Pulling boat in/out of the water each time for boat captain to use the restroom/eat lunch/cool off/rotate kids on the boat wasn’t feasible for us. -Cameras around the outside house, people can watch you in your swimwear. -Neighbors didn’t didn’t wave back & make you feel welcome here. Unknown person showed up on property while renting & took pictures of us without our permission. Owners text/emailing during vacation to requesting extra fees during stay. -Coffee Maker & Oven need replaced, not working well/intermittently working during our stay. Summary: This was a perfect getaway for us to unplug and enjoy a few days filled with fun, good company and good conversation. We brought our kayaks (hint: if you can, put in at the boat ramp down the road, much easier than from the boat dock...), we brought games and crafts. The property kept all its promises and more. On the one rainy day, the screened in porch was a wonderful place to hang out and still feel connected to nature. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return.
