From the terrace you can see St.Peter’s cathedral the gardens of Villa Borghese (10 min walk), the Tiber river, the Pantheon dome, the Vittoriano monument, the Gianicolo, the Monte Mario hills and much more! By night the view is just magic.
The roof garden terrace has total privacy and only the singing of birds will interrupt the silence. It as a saltwater swimming pool (18’x13’x5’ - 5.5mx4mx1,6m), a dining area for 8/10 persons, which can be totally covered when shade is needed by electric awning. To relax even more, there is also a lounge area in the shade with two large sofas. The frequent Ponentino afternoon wind bring a nice cool down.

Summary: A rare gem of a property with an amazing terrace, private saltwater pool (bigger than what appears in the listing) and one of a kind view of the city. Slightly off the beaten path but the neighborhood is quiet, charming and easily accessible to the city center. Also has an elevator/lift so no need to carry bags to the top floor.

Summary: What a pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful apartment. One of your neighbours is the ambassador for Morocco, that in itself tells you how wonderful this place is, even watching the robot clean the pool was a pleasure. If you’re wanting a holiday apartment with spectacular views, massive outdoor space, a private rooftop pool, and 15 mins walk from Spanish steps, then book this apartment, you will not be disappointed

Summary: The apartment is just wonderful! The views are INCREDIBLE and are a wonderful thing to come home to after a very busy day in the central city. Being near the stadium was also a plus as we could hear performances at night.The neighborhood is very safe and clean. One of the owners, Vittorio, was very helpful in explaining all the apartment has to offer. Once we learned that Ubers are much better than FreeTaxi, being away from the city, sites, and restaurants became much more doable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary: Wonderful 'roof-top' property with the best view in Rome! Well looked after property in a lovely neighbourhood on the edge of the Borghese Gardens. The owners and property manager couldn't do enough to help us and to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. If you never stepped out of the property you could marvel all day at the 270 degree view of Rome - made even better if you're in the private pool which comes with the property. Thoroughly exhilarating - we had a wonderful week and feel totally relaxed.

Summary: My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary week in Rome and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Vittorio was wonderful to work with and everyone was so nice. A special thanks to Mario, the concierge, who was one of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met! The location is perfect, private and yet walking distance to local restaurants, and a short walk to a grocery store for supplies. We usually took an Uber or taxi if we wanted to go downtown and they were usually available in a few minutes and were inexpensive. But we mostly loved sitting out on the expansive Terrace, drinking a glass of wine, and watching the sunset over the Roman skyline.
