This home was built with family in mind. Our daddy built it so that he and mom could enjoy everything they needed upstairs with a beautiful view out every window. Bull Shoals is breathtaking, especially at sundown and with the house on a bluff 300 feet above the lake, you will not find a better view. Dad built the downstairs with 3 bedrooms, a full bath, living, and kitchenette area, so that when the kids came up to visit they had their own space (and so Mama didn't have to see the mess). Two full beds, one queen downstairs, one king bed, one full bed and one twin bed upstairs, and two air mattresses. Property is 8 miles from public boat ramp/park and less than 10 miles to local golf club. It is just 45 minutes from Branson. You will enjoy relaxing on one of the porches overlooking the "best views on the lake”, according to all the locals. Property is perfect for multiple families. Full kitchen amenities upstairs with mini kitchen downstairs. Garden tub located in the master suite is relaxing after a day on the lake. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we have.

Summary: We loved everything about this reservation, beginning to end.. The price excellent, communication with the host was great very attentive just wonderful. We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home, the space the comfort the views and just the privacy from the loud cities… Our drive from Dallas to Yellville was just pleasant all the way enjoying the views and being to arrive at a nice time …My whole family is very happy with this experience all together, we even got to go to the Titanic Museum as a day out, thank you! We all recommend this beautiful comfortable home!

Summary: We went with 3 families for a quick weekend getaway and had the best time! The house is perfect for large groups and is stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. The balcony was our favorite because the view could not be beat. The beds were comfy and there were air mattresses available for extra guests and plenty of bedding. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back! I'm missing my morning coffee on that balcony!

Summary: We had a great time here with family! This place was spacious for our large family. We all had plenty of room. We loved the large table to play board games, the kitchen area for cooking, the two separate living room areas (one for the kids & the other for the adults), & the gorgeous view of the lake. We even got to see a bald eagle fly over twice! Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: This is I believe our 3rd year staying here. We love the house! It fits all of us nicely and comfortably. House is always clean and the kitchen has everything you might need, at least it does for us anyway. Love the decor! The host responds quickly to messages and is very nice. The view of the lake from the back balcony is truely amazing! The house is a short drive to the 125 Marina to rent a boat. It's a bit of a drive to Branson, but there's allot to do in Branson, so well worth it. This year the office was converted into a twin bedroom and the diningroom is now a full bedroom. This worked out great! Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: You will enjoy drinking your morning coffee or relaxing after dinner on this porch watching the sunrise or sunset! The home is large, we had a group of 13! The den and the kitchen area were perfect for our group. There is also a downstairs den if some of the group wants to split up. The three bathrooms worked great for our size group. There are 6 bedrooms with various size beds. We did have to use couches/ air mattresses, so be aware that for actual beds it sleeps about 11, but there are couches and air mattresses available for kids/ teens. We had a great boat rental experience with Marina 125, about 20 minutes away. If you haven't been to this end of Bull Shoals Lake- try it out! We went the weekend leading up to the 4th and it was super quiet and relaxing for our group out on the water. We went to the grocery before we drove in and I am glad we did. There is a good Dollar General nearby, but not stocked with all that you would want for a whole weekend/ week. You won't regret renting this place!
