I have turned this old town gem from the early 70’s into a beautiful and affordable space for all ages to enjoy.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath can sleep a family or group of 6 comfortably with a futon in the mud room and an optional queen size air mattress provided.
As far as venturing out, the options are endless. You can see an accessible part of Bull Shoals Lake for kayaking from the driveway. You can go golfing at Diamond Hills located in Diamond City just a few miles north and just past the golf course is the Bulls Shoals Lake where you can swim, fish, boat, kayak or just play. There is plenty of room in the yard to bring your boat and/or jet skis to enjoy on the lake.
You can always take it easy and sit outside by the fire or chill inside and watch some Netflix via your hot spot.
If shopping is more your style then it’s just a short drive to Branson Missouri where there is the Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City.
And if all this isn’t enough, the last and only still running ferry in the state of Arkansas is just minutes away in Peel.

Summary: The only thing bad I can say is we got very lost almost 2 hrs out of he way which I blame Vrbo directions that states yellville & the property is really in Lead Hill The easiest way for us to find our way to & from the property was I put the church name that was across the street called church of Christ in lea hill.I will say Chris the owner returned my calls & ws so helpful helping us find our way to his property.He was very kind to us also the house was very clean & decorated very well can’t say enough about how great the property owner is I would highly recommend to anyone.

Summary: The house was outstanding, and was perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the large patio outside the front door. We had a small issue with the shower and Kris had it taken care of immediately, very responsive owner.

Summary: My husband and I were looking for a place central to some outdoor locations to hike and to ride our motorcycle (trailered it there), and this was it! Right off the highway, but set back for privacy, it offered covered parking and was easy access for the days we took the bike out. Enjoyed a trip to Bull Shoals dam and the White River one day on the bike and the next we took the car to Branson. Another day trip was a bike ride to Blanchard Springs and the Buffalo River. (Evenings at Bull Shoals lake just a few minutes away.) The house itself was nicely decorated and very clean. Loved the remodel details and quality. Host is amazing. :) We plan to revisit in the fall!
