Positive: Great location and a very welcoming place! Very close to the beach and within walking distance of some of the best restaurants. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and there was a kitchen we could use during our stay. With its open common areas and only a few rooms, the place had a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Breakfast was not available at the property during our stay in July, but there are plenty of good options nearby. The staff were extremely friendly, and the owner was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Bicycles and motorbikes can also be rented directly at the property. We especially loved relaxing in the hanging chair under the large shady tree - a perfect spot to unwind.

Summary: Great location, a relaxed homely atmosphere, and exceptionally friendly hosts - a perfect place to stay near the beach.

Positive: Absolutely everything. The room was so lovely, the location is perfect and the host was fantastic! We were able to book tours through him easily and he gave us lots of tips for places to go snorkelling etc. Honestly the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka on our whole trip

Positive: Amazing location right next to the beach and main strip of bars and restaurants! Clean room and bathroom with included toiletries and extra towels! They provided free tuk tuk rides into town if needed! Would definitely stay again.

Positive: The room was really clean and the communal area was nice. We had mineral water to refill our bottles and they offered scooter rental service. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the bathroom had shampoo and body wash.
