Positive: easy access to beach and restaurants. staff went above and beyond to check us in early and stored our bags after checkout. they were very accommodating throughout. nice clean room with fridge and coffee facilities. great pool outside.

Positive: good location close to the beach, small but cozy room with bathroom and hot water, sun loungers outside each room for those relaxing by the pool

Negative: they are building a new part but it didn't bother me that it was still unfinished

Summary: I highly recommend the place, the staff are very nice and helpful

Negative: There was no tea or coffee available..I think because they are currently building a new kitchen and restaurant, but I think tea and coffee could be provided at a minimum or at least they could partner with a local cafe to order breakfast delivery

Positive: Our room was comfortable and clean. Fantastic swimming pool.

Negative: The area around what must be one of the best swimming pools we came across in Sri Lanka could do with a lot of tlc. The ground was quite dirty, the tiles needed fixing and the addition of plants would be a great improvement as the outlook is not pretty at the moment and lets the property down. I assume that this will happen at some point as there is a lovely brand new hotel on site which wasn't yet open.

Summary: Nice room, great swimming pool but the outdoor space could be improved

Positive: Beautiful, big and super clean swimming pool. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh ,clean sheets and pillow cases fitted, mattresses are soft. Warm water showers. Close to beach and restaurants.
