Positive: We stay at Brent House every few months to visit my specialist in liver care. The room was fine as usual. We liked being on the pool side for a change.
Negative: At check in, there were many persons which small children waiting to check in. The desk person showed no interest in expediting the process for anyone. I went back later to attempt to buy an item from the refrigerated cases, waited 20 minutes, then put it back and left. The worst thing was at checkout. I returned the keycards and informed the person that our room needed attention because the sink in the bathroom had a large part that had fallen on the floor. He looked at me and said ok. He did not give me an invoice. I then requested that Booking. Com request my invoice to be sent to my email address. I still don’t have it for tax purposes.
Summary: Staff behavior can make or break an overall impression!

Positive: The pool is very well heated. It was soothing. Just under the temp of the hot tub. Nice for a cold night swim. The rooms are very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Negative: Awkward entrance. We drove right past it the first time. It is literally attached to the hospital.
Summary: Very pleasant stay with children. Easy location to get around NOLA.

Positive: Everything was really nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
Negative: The beds were a little hard and the room that we stayed in the shower did not work correctly. When we turned on the shower the water was still coming out of the faucet making a loud noice which would cause there to be less pressure up top.
Summary: All in all it was good other than the beds being a little hard and the shower not working correctly.
