Apartment on the border of the 8th and 9th arrondissements (near Gare Saint-Lazare station), on the top floor of a Haussmann building (6th floor, elevator to 5th). Fully air-conditioned. Nice views on The Sacré Coeur church and Eiffel Tower ( top floor)
Calm and cozy, it is on the top floor of the building, which makes it very luminous. The building has an elevator to the 5th floor, just one floor walk to the apartment on the 6th.
There are 3 large windows in the living room, each has a small balcony; thanks to this, there is always natural light brightening up the apartment. Additionally, the windows are facing a picturesque setting with beautiful elegant buildings nearby and even the Sacre Cœur in the distance.
The living room has a 3-seater sofa as well as 2 armchairs. You can watch cable television including international channels from the living room.
The newly refurnished kitchen is facing the entrance, and is fully equipped with modern and stainless steel appliances.
It has a coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, electric stoves, microwave and all the necessary utensils you need to prepare the perfect diner.
There is also a wooden dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen.
At the end of the kitchen you have the corridor, with the two bedrooms on the right and the two bathrooms on the left.
The first bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds, the second one has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a window with a small balcony.
The first bathroom has a shower and a toilet while the second one has a washing machine and a dryer in addition of the bathtub and the toilet.
The top-floor views are truly splendid.
Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen utensils and appliances are provided. Wifi, phone, and cable TV are also free of any additional charge.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Summary: The apartment was great! We had four adults and the two bed, two bath setup worked out very well. The Glamaparis process is very easy to use and everyone (and I mean everyone) at Glamaparis was great to work with. They are very nice people that are committed to service and quality.The apartment is very light, bright and airy. There is enough room in the living room for four people to sit comfortably and relax after a day of exploring the city. You can open three large windows with small balconies just in the main room and each bedroom had double doors and small balconies. All the windows had good views. You can see the very top of the Eiffel Tower from four of the windows and Sacre Coer from the other two! The elevator is very convenient. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet at night and good for sleeping. The kitchen was well appointed for basics. We did not cook so cannot comment on that. Having a dishwasher and a clothes washer and separate dryer were a benefit. The apt. is located very near to the Saint Lazare metro station which made getting around the city via metro very convenient. There is great shopping nearby if that is your thing. We found several great restaurants within 8 minutes walk from the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed two bedrooms. All the Glamaparis properties we've stayed at have been great!One small improvement would be to modify the tub in the main bath to allow for a standup shower.

Summary: We loved our stay! The location is perfect, with all the comforts of home. The charming alley next to the building offers shops, cafes, and a Monoprix. Haussmann Galeries Lafayette is just around the corner, with a great rooftop view. Across from Haussmann, next to Adidas, is a fantastic food court where we often grabbed meals, including sandwiches for our Versailles trip. We'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: The apartment is exactly as described/ pictured. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s a fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants and a Metro station (line 12) right outside the door. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This was a great apartment in the heart of Paris right next to a major metro station. It was very secure in an apparently safe neighborhood with a pharmacy and grocery and Starbucks on the same block. Air conditioning worked great. Washer and dryer very convenient. My family and I had an amazing 10 days in Paris. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Summary: The apartment was lovely, clean, and close to the train station, Gare St. Lazare. In addition to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was a nice sitting room with nice views out the windows. The kitchen was well equipped and well organized. I cooked breakfast every day during our stay.

Summary: The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Initial concern about graffiti on the door was fixed by next day. Closest street, rue Camieu, not particularly scenic, but the apartment is close to high end shopping and the magnificent opera house. Very easy to access metro and buses to get to other areas of the city. Many nearby restaurants, many quite good. We had a wonderful stay!
