Summary: The location of this place is superb – it's close to multiple train and tube stations with excellent connections, and essential amenities like pharmacies and supermarkets are just a short walk away, The shopping district was also easily accessible! My only complaint was that the cleanliness did not meet expectations (found hair strands, bugs, and spiders) and the amenities provided were inadequate (only received 3 bottles of hair conditioner), I'm grateful that Joffrey addressed these issues promptly when I raised them, The unstable toilet seat (which caused me to injure my finger) was a safety hazard, and it would have been better if this had been brought to our attention before check-in, It seems Joffrey may have been aware of this issue before my stay, as he was attempting to arrange for repairs before I informed him about it,
