This remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features a private porch allowing you to watch the sunrise as well as a relaxing clawfoot bathtub/walk-in shower. The king size bed is brand new (summer 2022). There's plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare a meal and a comfy couch and a flat panel HDTV to unwind at the end of a long day.
Directly below the apartment, you'll find a space for two vehicles.
Please note: there are stairs to climb since the apartment is built on top of the garage.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 2 guests and 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved.
