The property is located on the popular San Pablo street and next to the Corte Ingles of the same name. It is a sophisticated two-bedroom apartment, located in a superb new building that preserves the charm of Sevillian architecture in its exterior and facade and when opening its doors surprises with a modern interior full of light, space and features.
The finishes, wooden floors, flooring, interior carpentry, insulation and qualities, needless to say, are first class and give that feeling of prestige and comfort with which we always want to give our guests, as demanding as ourselves.
The entrance hall leads to the kitchen followed by the bright living room with access to the terrace. The terrace overlooks the Calle de San Pablo and the Church of La Magdalena.
The living room has a balanced and intelligent distribution of space, a sophisticated selection of designer furniture and a new life for singular pieces of furniture and decoration. It has an area for social gatherings and audiovisuals equipped with a TV cabinet a large wooden coffee table and a comfortable sofa of exclusive design. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and 4 bar chairs at the partition with the kitchen.
The sleeping area features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite rain shower bathroom. The room has a large built-in closet with a large storage capacity and contemporary design bedside tables and light fixtures and a Smart TV on the wall.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a spacious closet and a small study area plus a Smart TV.
The second bathroom is also equipped with a rain shower and brand new contemporary sanitary ware and flooring.
The San Pablo apartment is located in the commercial center of the city, a stone's throw from the famous Sierpes and Tetuán streets, and very close to the Plaza del Museo, where the essential Museum of Fine Arts of Seville is located, with the most relevant artistic collections of Spanish Baroque and Andalusian painting of the 19th century. It is also very close to the Arenal neighborhood, currently one of the most popular leisure areas, from noon to night, the Maestranza Bullring and the Guadalquivir River. Summary: Very clean. Very convenient to all areas of Seville. Centrally located. Walking distance (8 minutes or less) from all sights and cool neighborhoods, including Cathedral, Alacazar, Triana, Alafalfa, thr Mushrooms, the bullring and thr bus station. Comfortable beds, powerful and clean showers. Highly recommended.

Summary: The management team was available for questions with timely responses as soon as we booked this apartment. The apartment was perfect and as described. Located in the heart of the action and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could not have been more excited about our choice of properties. The check in process was very helpful. Karina met us at the unit and went through any need to knows and answered questions about the unit and the area. So helpful! Highly recommend!

Summary: This apartment is beautiful. Two individual double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family with two teens needing their own space. Mezzanine kitchen and living room in one space with quality appliances and furniture. Balcony that looks out onto the main road. To get into the apartment you have to go up two floors and then out into a central car park and then up another floor. There are lifts so not a problem more unusual than an issue. One set of mini toiletries left in each bathroom. We asked for an extra set and this request was accommodated. I think one set per person would give more peace of mind and saves me buying more supplies that I would have to leave behind. (Travelling hand luggage on plane restrictions.)

Summary: The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Communication with hosts is quick and easy and friendly. The apartment is just lovely with quiet bedrooms and comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Plus, free parking. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.
