Summary: Paolo’s apartment was one of the best accommodations we had in Sardinia. It was a 2 bedroom apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment was clean, and it was very cutely decorated with beach/ocean style decor. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware and is good for making meals.There is a washer which was a huge plus for me. However, the main attraction of the apartment is the patio which overlooks the waters of Costa Rei. We had our coffee there in the morning and the views were amazing!. The space was well utilized, with it not feeling cluttered. Paolo is an amazing host! We met him and his wife Analisa as you check in with them. They are both very nice and friendly, they almost felt like family! Paolo is very responsive and super helpful. We are very lucky to have found his place! I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place to stay in Costa Rei.

Summary: We were so lucky to have found this place. Our flight came in 7 hours late and Paolo was ready and waiting for us when we rolled in at close to 11pm. He was so helpful and the place was wonderfully equipped- from beach towels to cooler to umbrella - it was perfect for a beach vacation. Plus Paolo through in a few extras - it was incredibly thoughtful. He was warm and friendly and very accommodating. The location is great. It was quiet but only a short walk to everything. The walk to the beach was pleasant and took only about 7-10 minutes. The patio had a great view and was very comfortable in the evenings. We had a wonderful time in Costa Rei and hope to be back soon. Thank you Paolo!

Summary: We can highly recommend this charming flat with this absolute amazing view on the sea! It's very nicely furnished and very clean. Costa Rei has got a lovely sand beach were you can spend all day. But it's also a good place for tours to the mountains or trips to other wonderful beaches nearby. The house owner is very nice and helpful with tips and recommendations. Thank you Paolo and Annalisa! We will definitely come back!

Summary: We've just spent 10 days in Paolo's apartment with our 1 year old son and everything was absolutely perfect! Paolo and his wife are truly nice people. They prepared everything for our baby. The apartment is really nice ( as seen on the pictures), clean and quiet. The view from the terrace is stunning and the beach that you can reach after a 10 minutes walk is beautiful! We had an electrical problem at the beginning of our stay, Paolo was really reactive and the problem was solved within the day! We'll be back for sure! Thanks again Paolo

Summary: We stayed nearly one week in may 2017 in this lovely appartment. Paolo and Annalisa are very very friendly. They explained us the whole apartment and they even gave us a typical present from Sardegna. All rooms have been very clean with a nice design. The view from the balconery is amazing. If we ever come to Sardegna again, we will stay at this appartment at Costa Rei... best regards from Germany. Peter and Susan

Summary: My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment in October. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable, we loved having breakfast in the terrace with an amazing sea view. The apartment is very well keep, with attention to details. Summary: We stayed in this beautiful apartment at the beginning of August for almost two weeks. Its my third visit to Sardegna and I'm always impressed about its beautiful landscape, its clear emerald water and its fantastic beaches. The apartment was simply perfect, even beyond our expectations. The house was clean and in best order, beautiful furnished and equipped with everything you need for starting a great vacation (water, bath care products, welcome present, ...). The house owners offered a great level of service and warm hospitality by preparing everything perfectly for us. The Apartment is situated on a hillside Location overlooking the bay - stunning view, especially in the evening when the sun is about to go down. Only a few walking minutes away from the wonderful beach Costa Rei and small Supermarktes and restaurants. There is no need to have a car if you plan to stay nearby Costa Rei. Everything you need is in walking distance. However, we did rent a car to discover some nearby beaches, such as the outstanding Cala giunco di villasimius which is just a few minutes away. We had a great time and already looking forward to our next stay in Sardegna. Thanks for having us.
