Both inside and outside of the house is all set for a relaxing holiday and comfortable: from furniture to equipment. Air conditioning, safe, large and small appliances from toasters, irons, microwave, a washing machine, dishwasher-safe, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, satellite TV (all new and functional). From the house you can access the Internet Wi-Fi free. (It is included in the rental price).. I will give you all the necessary information.
We are husband and wife free from work commitments. Both retired, we dedicate our free time to the care of the house and the garden with passion. We like everything to be perfect to welcome our guests in the best way.
The house has three rooms, one room with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining area with open kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower.
All windows have mosquito nets
The house can comfortably accommodate four people. For very small children, a cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge. Important: if you need it, please request it at the time of booking.
The linen is included in the rental price. for a stay.
The spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation space is cool and breezy.
The garden, enclosed, lawned garden flowers and trees is very suitable for children to play.
Two outdoor showers with hot water: very useful when coming back from the beach
In addition, the built-in barbecue allows barbecuing outdoors.
Adjacent to the porch is the utility room with washing machine, pan, and everything you need for cleaning.
You will find the beach equipment: umbrella and folding lids.
Next to the entrance gate, there is a private parking space, convenient because it has been expanded recently.
Finally courtesy, helpfulness and hospitality are guaranteed by the owners to all guests. We are waiting for you!!

Summary: A clear recommendation! The accommodation with the beautiful garden is a dream. We spent a wonderful and very relaxing vacation here. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautifully laid out, fully fenced (which was very important for us with two small children) and a real paradise for adults and especially children. The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Last but not least, the hospitality of the hosts stands out! They are extremely warm, very caring and happy to help with any request. We would like to thank Luisella and Leo for the wonderful stay, wish you all the best from the bottom of our hearts and will hopefully be back soon.

Summary: The hosts Leo and Luisella welcomed us warmly and even with a freshly baked cake in their beautiful house with the lovely garden surrounding it. Everything was very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in direct proximity to the center of Costa Rei. Only the mosquitoes didn't leave us at peace. But other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend it warmly to anyone coming to Sardinia! Thanks for hosting us!

Summary: We (familiy with 2 children 12 & 13 year) were welcomed by Leo and Luisella and felt directly very welcome. Especially because there was a homemade cake! The house has everything we needed during our holiday and the garden is fantastic with many fruit trees and space to relax. Nearby the beach and other activities in Costa Rei.

Summary: We and our little baby spent one week in the mid of april in this amazing house. Leo and his wife prepared us a very warm welcome, including a very tasty cake. The house is in very good condition, offers enough space and has a very personal atmosphere. The house is sorrounded by an amazing garden, with different flowers and a very nice veranda. For our baby we had a baby bed and a chair. In general the house was well stuffed with all things you need. The house is located in a small street very central but calm in Monte Nei, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby you find restaurants and supermarkets. We had a great stay and say mille grazie!!!

Summary: This is the second time we stayed in this wonderful villa. We had such a fantastic time the first time round that we decided to come back for more. The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk to the local beach, with 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants all in walking distance. We have rented a car because we wanted to explore the area to discover all the wonderful beaches. The villa has a beautiful garden with so many different types of trees and flowers - it's a real joy to spend the evenings outside reading a book and be surrounded by this corner of tropical paradise. Our 3 daughters (aged 10,6,6) spent many hours playing outside, running around and generally enjoying the outdoor life. The kitchen is equipped with many cooking gadgets and pans, there is everything that you could wish for, to cook your meals. The bedrooms are lovely decorated in a seaside theme. The beds are very comfortable, which is very nice to find. The villa is very cool despite the hot August weather and also quiet at night time. The owners, Mrs. Luisella and Mr. Leo, are very prompt in their replies, a real pleasure to deal with. They made us feel sooo welcome - they are truly lovely people. If you are thinking of your next holiday in Costa Rei, make sure you stay in this beautiful villa.

Summary: It is not common, when the reality is more beautiful than pictures from the web. In the case of a house Lea and Luisella it is truth - tastefully decorated house with complete equipment, with really all you need to stay, creates the impression that you feel like at home. Warm welcoming with the nice bonus :) induced a pleasant atmosphere for the entire stay, beautiful garden was not only an ideal place to relax, but also a source of fruit and vegetables - figs, plums, grapes, tomatoes. If you want your stay truly enjoy, with a closity of good restaurants and shops, we can highly recommend. You will feel like a welcome guest.

Summary: Vacationing with the family: three adults and a two year old child. Loved it. The house is not very big, but very cozy. Has everything you need for living and even more. Very green area. Ate figs, apples and tomatoes growing near the house. Lot of flowers, it was nice to sit on the front porch. I liked that the house is fenced and the gate is closed, the child ran around the area and we did not bother him. The house is located very centrally, close to shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Owners of an elderly couple, very nice and hospitable people. Thank you for a wonderful stay on the whole family!
