Welcome to my unique property! It’s a remodeled single-family home that's been thoughtfully divided into two affordable units, each with its own private, secure entrance. Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

Summary: Neighbor and house seemed fine, until first night stay my wife and I stayed up most of the iught listening to gun shots. Told owner we didn’t feel safe and wanted to a refund so we can go to another place. Also offered to charge me for 3 night of my 11 night stay. Was told it was probably firework and they can’t control the neighborhood. Saying it was my responsibility to research the neighborhood. Vrbo was absolutely no help in the matter . The interior of the house was nice but stict rules about being quiet at a certain time since the tent a lower basement unit as well.

Summary: This place was great! Very clean, modern, and cozy! Great location, only a few mins from downtown. Very friendly Host. We had a great stay, we drove in from Flagstaff AZ. Easy to find and great checkin process. Hope to come back!

Summary: It was decent the only thing I didn’t like is the sofa bed was dirty lots of dogs hair there was no tissue paper when we got there the owner or manager said he was going to send but never did we have to buy our own there wasn’t extra blankets for the sofa bed definitely I would never rent that place again..
